Description

The iPhone/iPod/iPad version of iOrganon is prepared in memory of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann(1755-1843) who is the father of Homoeopathy. The book is divided into three sections Introduction, Summary and Full paragraphs reading. It provides an

excellent search facility to make a word search in the entire book. Unlike web search and reference, it does not need

Internet connection for reading the book. The user can read the book by order of paragraphs and he can continue from last point if he quit the application and launch it again. In the search view the end users can read the paragraphs with the search word highlighted in red color.

The Real Thing

:
It comes close to the original Organon, but not really. I am not sure what edition the text comes from but it is not from the sixth edition. This is at least the copy that I am studying right now in naturopathic medical school. Since I do use an iPhone I figured what a better opportunity to learn, but it was hard to follow along with the teacher instead. It is sort of like those that read different translations of the bible... the NASB (New American Standard Bible) is word-for-word translation and the NIV (New International Version) is really more of a thought-for-thought translation. It seems that the creator/developer chose to use different wordings. I think it would be easier to study on the fly if it look like the Sixth Edition. It is the only version I see Homeopaths and other physicians read. Thanks and be well.
